We're here to make you happy...

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you find yourself just not loving your new goods, we'll be more than happy to help you with a return.

RETURN POLICY: (U.S. ONLY)

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed/unaltered and must have all original tags attached and approved by staff

Please note:

  • Accessories are considered final sale
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

TO START THE RETURN PROCESS:

  • Email your return request to rose@legendaryandrose.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • We’ll email you a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label.
  • Print and add the shipping label to your return package. Please include your order number inside your return package.
  • Drop your return package off at your nearest FedEx drop-off location and voilà! Done! 

How long do returns take to process?

The turnaround time is fairly quick. Once a return item is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please note this excludes weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your refund is processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take up to 5 business days to see a credit back to your account. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
International sales are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item, submit a request for a full refund, and then place a new order for the item you would like.

MERCHANDISE CREDIT
We do not offer merchandise credit at this time. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
